gp-toolkit aims to be a batteries-included framework for 

Rather than a feature-complete Gaussian process library in and of itself, 
it aims to fills specific gaps left by popular frameworks like GPFlow, GPyTorch, 
TensorFlow Probability, and others.

aimed at power users, in particular, researchers and developers looking to 
experiment with cutting-edge methods from the latest from the Gaussian process 
research community.
