Dandelion class object.

Main class object storing input/ouput slots for all functions.

copy()	Performs a deep copy of all slots in Dandelion class.
update_germline([corrected, germline, org])	Update germline reference with corrected sequences and store in Dandelion object.
write_h5([filename, complib, compression, …])	Writes a Dandelion class to .h5 format.
write_pkl([filename])	Writes a Dandelion class to .pkl format.
