The Rales brothers have won a major victory in their hostile $2.7 billion bid for Interco Inc., with a court issuing a preliminary injunction blocking the furniture and apparel company's poison-pill takeover defense. But St. Louis-based Interco said shortly after Tuesday's announcement that it would appeal the Delaware Chancery Court ruling and seek a stay to prevent the Raleses from actually acquiring any shares under their tender offer until a decision is rendered.
