# Omnidirectional Volume Slicer - OmniSlicer 

Implementation of the omnidirectional volume slicer package in Python and PyTorch for 3D medical image analysis, from our publication ["TomoGraphView: 3D Medical Image Classification with Omnidirectional Slice Representations and Graph Neural Networks"](www.arxiv.org).
